MD Scrimp Powder

As a fine flour used it is used in soups, sauces and prepared dishes.

Also South American counties have become large markets as an additive for soups /sauces etc.
Recently NMU Seafood has developed a new product whereby the powder from heads and shells are mixed with powder made from whole shrimps - which makes the taste even better but also increases the price.

No additives are used but this can be done according to agreement with customer.

Content: ca 40% protein.
Total plate count below 50.000/gramme.

Good shrimp taste/flavour.
Less flavour than the freeze-dried product, but a lower price.

Sold in multiply paper bags of 25 kilos.
Alternative packing can be discussed.

Storage life 2 years.
